We offer only exchange and no returns.

Exchange can be initiated within 48 hours from delivery. To initiate an exchange, please click on the exchange option in my orders section under the ‘My Account’ page.

Order Cancellation: PLEASE NOTE, Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

An amount of INR 150/-  will be charged as exchange charges.

We reserve the right to not accept a return if;

• Damage from improper washing or care
• Wear and tear from regular use
• Any alterations after purchase
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Fabric breakdown from harsh chemicals or environment.

Exchange can be done on the same product/order for the size only once.
